All Piercing is 16+ with exception to Microdermals & Nipples which are strictly 18+

We operate "challenge 25" so to save any issues make sure you bring your photo ID (driving licence, provisional licence, passport or citizenship card), If we cannot verify your ID and age we will be unable to proceed and no refund will be offered.

All bookings are non refundable but if you need to move your appointment, we can do this for free with at least 3 day's notice (72 hours before your appointment minimum).
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you may lose your booking so be sure to arrive just before your appointment time.
