We do not pierce any persons under the age of 16, no exceptions. Please be aware, some piercings will be strictly 18+. All minimum age restrictions are listed on our piercing menu. We will not pierce if any numbing agent has been applied to the area.

We operate "challenge 25" so please make sure you bring your photo ID (driving licence, provisional licence, passport or citizenship card). Please note that we DO NOT accept pictures of your ID or parental consent as proof of age. If we cannot verify your ID and age, we will be unable to proceed and no refund will be offered.

Please do not bring any babies/children, or anyone under the age of 16 to your appointment. The entire studio including waiting area, is 16+.

All bookings are non refundable but if you need to move your appointment, we can do this for free with at least 24 hours notice.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you may lose your booking so be sure to arrive just before your appointment time.
